Margot Hulme

is an artist currently living and working in New Paltz, NY, where she’s pursuing her BFA in Printmaking. With experiences in Bookmaking, Metalsmithing, and Graphic Design, she has developed a style of elegance, romance, and timeless beauty. Drawing from her time in Upstate New York she has found a way to integrate nature and softness into a physical medium.

Growing up in southern New York and easy access to New York City she has always been influenced by artists and their work.

After the successful launch of the booklet and single-page ‘2025 Calendar’ Margot hopes to expand her store to give more people a chance to interact with her physical work.

On any given day, her favorite movie is either Junebug (2005) or Mona Lisa Smile (2003). She thinks Blackwing Pencils really are worth it, even though it took her a while to bite the bullet and get one. If you can’t find her in the studio she can be found in the Gunks doing her own solo ‘polar plunges’ or exploring the small towns and hamlets of the Hudson Valley.
